LATE ARRIVAL

In order to respect the time of all clients and staff, we ask that you arrive at your appointment on time. We understand that sometimes things happen, like unexpected traffic, so we allow a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit the original appointment and be asked to reschedule.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. We truly do understand that life can sometimes get in the way of our “me time”, but if you request to cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour window of your appointment time, Tierra’s Beauty reserves the right to charge up to half of the total scheduled service, plus tax if applicable.​

NO-SHOWS

Unforeseen circumstances may come up, however, not showing up to your scheduled appointment and failing to notify us you’re unable to come in is considered a “no-show”. If you become a frequent “no-show”, you will not be allowed to book in advance, meaning you’ll have to be a walk-in appointment only. After 3 consecutive “no-show” offences, Tierra’s Beauty reserves the right to ban any future appointments.

WALK-INS

We love taking new clients, and recognize sometimes it’s hard to put a schedule on life! To ensure an appointment time, we ask that you first check our booking site to see if anything is available, and if not then feel free to give us a call to ensure we have time available. If we’re unable to answer the phone, it’s likely because we’re with another client, please leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you with our availability as soon as possible!
