LATE ARRIVAL

In order to respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. Clients arriving later than 10 minutes will forfeit the original appointment and be asked to reschedule.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we ask that notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We understand life may occasionally get in the way of your wax appointment. If you do not show up for an appointment and did not call 24 hours in advance to reschedule Tierra's Beauty reserves the right to charge up to half the price of the scheduled service price (plus tax if applicable)

NO-SHOWS

We know unforeseen circumstances may come up, however repeat No-Showers will be asked to be taken in as walk-in only after 3 consecutive offenses after that they will be banned as a client.

WALK-INS

We love taking new clients! Walk-ins will be accommodated upon availability. To ensure an appointment time, we ask that you book in advance or call ahead of arrival to ensure there is an appointment available for you.
